Welcome to the „Allalin“! We wish you a very pleasant stay with us in Saas-Fee. We would like to give you some helpful general information.
BLANKETS AND PILLOWS
If you would like to have additional blankets and pillows, also synthetic ones, please contact the front desk or tell the housekeeper.
CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask to leave the room before 11 o’clock. Thank you!
If you wish, you can deposit your luggage in our luggage room next to the ski room. You can ask for the key at the reception.
It would be nice if you would let us know your opinion about the hotel by filling out the questionnaire availalbe at reception or posting a review online on Tripadvisor, GoogleMaps and Holidaycheck.
EMERGENCIES DURING THE NIGHT
In case of an emergency at night, please dial 91 or 11 or 027 958 1000.
HEATING
The floor heating is not adjustable from the room. Please tell reception in case the room is too cold or too hot.
HOTEL BAR AND LOBBY
Our hotel bar is open until 11.00 pm and invites to come for a pre- or after-dinner-drink, coffee or tea or a night cup. You can also enjoy refreshments in our cosy hotel lobby. Please order your drinks at the front desk.
IN CASE OF FIRE
If you discover a fire please immediately dial 91 or 11 or 027 958 1000 (or 078 720 7997 in case those numbers don’t work). If possible wait in your room until you receive instructions over the phone. Never use the elevator and always leave all doors and windows closed if possible. On each floor are a fire extinguisher and a 24 meter fire hose next to the rooms 14, 24, 34 and 44. On the ground floor they are located next to room 12 and on every floor in the fire cupboard. The emergency exits are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor opposite the rooms 24, 34 and 44. The meeting point is located on the lawn opposite the main entrance.
LAUNDRY SERVICES, DAILY LINEN CHANGE
You can hand in your laundry to the room maid or at reception. Laundry bags and price lists are in your room. This service will be charged to your room bill. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer dry cleaning.
If you would like to have your bed-linen changed daily, please let us know at reception.
LIBRARY & BOARD GAMES
In the entrance hall you find a small library and a shelf with games. You are welcome to borrow books and games from there free of charge.
MEALS AND A-LA-CARTE
Our Restaurant is located on the ground floor. The opening hours are as follows: Breakfast: 7.30 to 10.30 am in winter 7.30 to 10.00 am in summer 8.00 to 10.00 am in low season We are happy to arrange for an earlier breakfast also in the room on request. You can have your breakfast in the room as well. The menu is available at reception.
The restaurant is open from 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm for dinner. Drinks and cake are served any time during the day and can be ordered at reception. If you booked your room with half board but would like to dine out, we kindly ask you to inform reception latest by 12.00 pm the same day. You are also welcome to order a-la-carte. Invite your friends along if you like our cuisine!

All rooms are equipped with a direct-dialling telephone. To get an external line you dial „0“, wait for the signal and then dial the number. To call the reception, please dial 91, for the restaurant dial 18. Important phone numbers:

RADIO AND TELEVISION
Your room disposes of a HD-TV with integrated radio. You have a choice of more than 150 TV channels and various radio programs.
RECEPTION
Please stop by at reception for postcards, stamps, citizen pass, money exchange and all information. We also provide tooth brushes, correspondence folders, adapters, chargers, anti-slip mats and scales upon request.
ROOM KEY
Your room key also unlocks the hotel main entrance door and the ski room next to the hotel. Please take it with you, if you plan to return home later than midnight.
SAUNA
Opening times: from 12.00 am to 9.00 pm Reservations are taken at reception. Please enter the sauna area only with slippers or bare-feet. We kindly ask our guests to follow the rules of hygiene (shower before entering the pool, no food or drinks in the sauna area) and proper behaviour to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Towels are at your disposal in the sauna. The use of sauna is at own risk. Children under 15 years are only permitted in the area if accompanied by an adult.
SKI ROOM
The ski room is situated in the small building next to the hotel and disposes of a boot drying system. We kindly ask you to leave skis, boots and snowboards over there and not to take them into the hotel. You can enter teh ski room anytime using your room key. An additional ski room is available to you next to the Alpine Express Station in house Perla (below Cesar Sport). The access code is available at front desk and to be treated confidentially.
TAXI TRANSPORT
On request we bring our hotel guests with their ski material to the lifts (not on Saturdays). You can deposit skis and boots in out ski room in house Perla during the whole week. A free ski bus also runs every 15 minutes right in front of our main door.
